About Comics in Illinois

This project is created and maintained by Carol Tilley, Associate Professor, School of Information Sciences, University of Illinois. It is intended to showcase the rich history of comics - including authorship, production, distribution, readership, and related activities - in the state of Illinois, particularly during the 20th century.
